Job Description
Nexus Financial is looking for an analytical Senior Financial Analyst to build predictive DCF financial models, evaluate corporate M&A opportunities, lead budgeting cycles, and present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Construct detailed 3-statement financial models, valuation analyses, and sensitivity scenarios.
- Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance reporting across multiple business units.
- Prepare executive board presentations, quarterly earnings decks, and investor relations materials.
- Evaluate capital allocation, M&A targets, and ROI for new product lines and strategic investments.
- Partner with accounting and operational teams to streamline financial data workflows.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate FP&A, investment banking, or financial advisory.
- Advanced financial modeling proficiency in Excel and financial data systems (NetSuite, PowerBI).
- Strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles, capital structures, and cash flow dynamics.
- Exceptional presentation skills with ability to distill complex data for executive decision makers.
