Job Description
Apex Studio is seeking a visionary Lead UI/UX Designer to craft world-class web and mobile interfaces. You will create comprehensive design systems, high-fidelity prototypes, and user journeys for our global technology clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design from discovery, user research, wireframes to final pixel-perfect UI.
- Build, document, and maintain scalable multi-brand design systems in Figma.
- Conduct usability tests, user interviews, and translate qualitative feedback into design iterations.
- Partner seamlessly with frontend developers to ensure design fidelity and responsive precision.
- Champion design thinking, modern micro-interactions, and accessibility across all touchpoints.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 4+ years of product design experience with a portfolio demonstrating world-class web & mobile UI.
- Mastery of Figma (auto-layout, components, variables, interactive prototyping).
- Deep understanding of responsive grid systems, modern typography, color harmony, and micro-interactions.
- Experience collaborating closely with software engineering teams.
