Job Description
We are seeking an engaging Corporate Trainer to design and facilitate world-class professional development workshops, digital onboarding journeys, and technical upskilling courses for global corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive instructional modules, e-learning content, and training slide decks.
- Facilitate live in-person and virtual interactive workshops with corporate executives and teams.
- Assess client training needs, measure learning outcomes, and iterate on curriculum content.
- Manage learning management systems (LMS) and track participant completion metrics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate instructional design, facilitation, or workplace learning.
- Excellent dynamic public speaking, classroom facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency with modern e-learning authoring tools and multimedia software.
- Passionate about adult learning methodologies and career development.
