Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement reusable, high-performance UI components using modern frontend tech.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate complex workflows into intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize web application performance, accessibility (WCAG AA), and cross-browser responsiveness.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through detailed code reviews and technical guidance.
• Maintain high code quality standards through automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of extensive experience building production-grade web applications.
• Deep mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern framework architectures.
• Strong proficiency with state management, client performance tuning, and API integration.
• Proven track record of shipping scalable, clean, and well-tested frontend codebases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a distributed, remote-first environment.
